Sabrina Carpenter is celebrating one year of her hit album 'Man’s Best Friend', which she says holds a very special place in her heart and has brought “endless magic” to her world.
It’s been one year since Sabrina Carpenter released her hit album 'Man’s Best Friend', and the singer has taken a moment to celebrate the milestone.
Carpenter took to social media over the weekend to mark the album’s anniversary with a sweet post, opening with the words, “One year on pretty girl avenue.”
She shared how much the album means to her, writing: “Man’s Best Friend holds such a special place in my heart, and these songs have brought endless magic to my world.”
The singer also reflected on the memories she has of making the album, as well as the new memories she continues to create with her fans.
She ended her post by thanking her fans for streaming the album and supporting her music.

'Man’s Best Friend' was released on August 29 and is Carpenter’s seventh studio album. The album has achieved major success, including several award nominations and wins.
It received six nominations at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards and won 'Album of the Year', 'Best Female Pop Artist' and 'Best Pop Album' when the awards took place in 2026.
The album also made a strong debut on Spotify, receiving more than 64 million streams on its first day. It peaked at number one on the Billboard 200.
Fans have also shared their love for the album, with some describing it as Carpenter’s best work yet.
Controversial cover
In a December interview with Variety, Carpenter spoke about the photograph used for the 'Man’s Best Friend' album cover which became a talking point on social media streets.
The cover featured Carpenter lying on the floor in a black mini dress, with a man in a black suit standing over her and appearing to pull her by the hair. The provocative image quickly became one of the most talked about elements of the album’s release.
Carpenter explained that the image represented how people can try to control women and reflected her own experiences in relationships.
“It was about how people try to control women and how I felt emotionally yanked around by these relationships that I had had and how much power, yeah, allowing yourself to give them,” she said.
The anniversary celebration comes after Carpenter paid tribute to music icon Dolly Parton following her passing.
In a post shared after Parton’s death, Carpenter described her as “an angel walking on earth” and said she would miss the memories they had created together.
She also shared that there would “never be another Dolly.”
