MaXhosa Africa to showcase proudly South African designs at Paris Fashion Week

Taking African designs to the world, MaXhosa Africa has grown from a proudly South African fashion label into an internationally recognised luxury brand.
Founded in 2010 by Laduma Ngxokolo, MaXhosa Africa entered the fashion industry with distinct designs inspired by the rich cultural heritage of the amaXhosa people. Over the years, the brand has evolved into one of South Africa’s most recognisable luxury offerings.
The proudly African brand took to social media over the weekend to share the exciting news that it will be among the designers showcasing at this year’s Paris Fashion Week.
The show will take place on 28 December and will be live-streamed across the brand's social media channels at 5pm.
Paris Fashion Week is regarded as one of the world’s most prestigious fashion events, bringing together renowned luxury houses alongside emerging designers from around the globe. This year’s event is expected to take place in Paris from September 28 to October 6, 2026.
MaXhosa Africa has built its reputation on creating artistic, luxury garments that blend contemporary fashion with traditional textures and patterns.
It sells items for men and women, accessories and other lifestyle pieces, all known for their premium quality and distinctive designs.
