Kate Middleton gets real about her homeschool experience

Exhausting! That's the word Kate Middleton used to describe her homeschooling experience during a Zoom call with other parents.

She might live in a palace, but that doesn't mean juggling homeschooling and being a "working mom" is a walk in the park for the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton.

In fact, the royal has revealed that it can be quite "exhausting".

"We've had to become a teacher - and I think, personally, I feel pulled in so many different directions and you try your best with everything but at the end of the day I do feel exhausted," she said during a chat with parents from Roe Green Junior School in the UK.

After several months of homeschooling Prince George and Princess Charlotte, she admitted that she would give her math skills a very low -5.

Prince William also admitted to having trouble understanding his children's maths work last year.

The mom-of-three says she has also taken on other roles during the lockdown.

"As parents, you've got the day-to-day elements of being a parent, but I suppose during lockdown we've had to take on additional roles that perhaps others around us,  in our communities and lives would have perhaps supported us, and helped us with. So, I've become a hairdresser this lockdown much to my children's horror."

Thankfully, Prince William, who has been her greatest supporter during the pandemic, has been with her every step of the way.
