Case against partner of 'racist' Sodwana Bay Guesthouse owner - postponed
Updated | By ECR Newswatch
The case against Katarína Križáni - the partner of controversial Sodwana Bay Guesthouse owner Andre Slade - has been postponed to next month.
Križáni - whom Slade calls his bride - was arrested last week on charges of contravening the Immigration Act.
Slade made headlines earlier this year for refusing to accommodate black people and government employees at his north coast guesthouse.
The NPA's Natasha Ramkisson-Kara says Slade himself was arrested this week.
"The accused appeared in court on Tuesday, and was charged with harboring an illegal immigrant. The accused was released on a warning, and [the case] was adjourned to the 15th of September for further investigations, and legal aid," she said.
