In the winter season, it is specifically good to intake Vitamin C because it helps to keep flu at bay. 

The good thing is that there are many vegetables that are packed with Vitamin C.

It is packed with nutrients. 

A 100g serving of kale contains 120mg of Vitamin C.

One of the best ways to get Vitamin C is to eat chili peppers. 

One green chili pepper contains 242mg of Vitamin C per 100g.

Parsley contains 133mg of Vitamin C per 100g.

Thyme is a herb from the mint family. Many people buy it as a spice. 

Thyme has antibacterial properties.

It contains 160mg of Vitamin C per 100g.
