The Boomtown experience
Boomtown is back for the 16th year at the Hollywoodbets Durban July, 2026.
This Marquee is widely recognised for consistently providing the ultimate in expert hospitality, and world-class stage and lighting, complimented by Mzansi’s top musical artists.
This year, the Boomtown VIP Marquee Experience is set to host one of the biggest after-parties of the weekend. In partnership with East Coast Radio, Castle Lite, Hollywoodbets and Ticketpro, Boomtown will unite the country’s tastemakers, trendsetters and culture shapers for one unforgettable experience.
The 2026 Boomtown line-up features some of the biggest names in South African music across different genres. KZN’s very own DJ Tira will take to the stage, bringing the energy and hit songs that have made him one of the country’s most influential music figures. Multi-award-winning artist Sjava, known for his rich Zulu sound and chart-topping hits, will also entertain the crowds.
Kwaito group TKZee is set to deliver a nostalgic performance, giving fans a chance to sing along to the songs that made them one of South Africa’s most beloved music groups in the 90s and early 2000s.
Rising star Ciza, who continues to make waves both locally and internationally, will also be performing. Other stars include DJ Speedsta, Blxckie, Sphectacula & Dj Naves, Karyendasoul, J Sbu and Deon G, ensuring attendees are thoroughly entertained.
To make things even more exciting, East Coast Radio is giving away 5 double General Access tickets to BOOMTOWN and one set of VIP tickets to one lucky listener and their partner to spend in the VIP Lounge.
Winners can look forward to premium hospitality, food stations, social-media-friendly photo opportunities and live entertainment that will run until the late hours of the night.
