Updated | By East Coast Radio
The Hilton Arts Festival returns to the beautiful grounds of Hilton College from 7–9 August 2026, bringing three days of theatre, music, comedy, film, visual arts and family entertainment to the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.
Now in its 34th year, the festival remains one of KZN’s largest and most diverse cultural events, showcasing established performers, exciting new voices and some of South Africa’s most creative talent.
Festivalgoers can explore live performances, thought-provoking lectures, inspiring exhibitions, children’s activities and the popular Craft Market and Design & Makers Quarter. New additions for 2026 include the inaugural KZN Art Fair and Just Geekin’, adding even more energy and variety to the programme.
There is also plenty to enjoy through Fest For All, featuring free entertainment, creative experiences and a market filled with local makers, artists and delicious food.
Entry to the festival is R100 per vehicle, valid for multiple entries throughout the festival weekend. Tickets for individual shows must be booked separately through Webtickets.
