#Boardroom101: Owning up to your struggles without appearing weak

You’re probably not meeting targets, submitting substandard work, not coping with deadlines, being challenged at departmental meetings, and so forth.
How can any supervisor miss that? You really can't fake "good”, so the best thing is to engage and own up to your struggles. The trick is not to do it from a position of weakness when you’ve already been called out. Sit with your boss, and take charge.
