For R32-12, you can have the shirt off Siya’s back, the boots off Bongi’s feet or have a personal Rugby World Cup trophy tour – to your home! – as part of a major new charity initiative launched by SA Rugby.
The campaign has been built around the score from the 2019 Rugby World Cup
final, in which the Springboks defeated England 32-12. Springbok Thomas du Toit spoke to Darren, Keri, and Sky about the initiative and how KZN can get involved.
In all there will be 44 prizes (32 + 12). The campaign will run for 44 days, and if fans help the Springboks and buy 100,000 tickets, that will be R3.212-million for food parcels and soup kitchens in this time of dire need.
A new raffle prize will be revealed each day, with the last offering to be revealed on 1 July. The draw will be made by PwC one week later.
Darren and Keri each shared their donation pictures, and are proud to be part of this great initiative.
