Police Minister Bheki Cele said he received information on the identities of the 12 instigators of the July unrest from a member of the public. He said 19 people had been arrested for allegedly instigating the unrest. Two of the cases were withdrawn and the others were still before the courts.

After an electric opening night, Justin Bieber's tour has hit a speed bump. We've learned that the singer has tested positive for COVID-19, and at least one concert date has been postponed.

Justin was supposed to perform at T-Mobile Arena Sunday in Vegas, but now that show has been moved to the summer.
