The team was left horrified after they heard the tragic news. They contacted 'Brett', a witness on the scene when the German man's body was found.

Darren and Keri got to speak to 'Brett', who was playing a four-ball at the time. In the interview, 'Brett' says he found the man after he made a putt and walked towards the next tee. In front of him was a woman in a golf cart who went up a little hill and screamed.

'Brett' ran to see what had happened, and that's when he made the discovery. According to 'Brett', he noticed that the tourist's golf clubs were missing, and he had lacerations on him, which looked like he had been hit.

However, Provincial Spokesperson Captain Nqobile Gwala stated that there was no foul play suspected, but an inquest docket had been opened. This was also confirmed by the initial report from the pathologist. The case is still under investigation.
