Marc Buckner was in search of his Mrs, and he certainly found her. In a 60 minute season 2 finale, he proposed to the woman of his dreams, Marisia van Wyk.

But one of the season favourites, Bridget Marshall, was left emotional. She posted an emotional message on her Instagram where she later went live to talk about her experience.

Buckner spent 15 weeks searching for his soulmate on the show.

Darren, Keri, and Sky spoke to Marshall to find out all the details:

It suddenly stopped. All the butterflies, fireworks, my heart and my words froze. I didn’t know what to say... How do you put into words how your feeling when everything just comes to a grinding halt This was one of the toughest moments for me... Reliving this was heartbreaking all over again and I wasn’t sure if I even wanted to watch it. Over the last few weeks I have relived every emotion and every feeling and it hasn’t been easy. This entire journey has taught me so much and I am so proud of myself for taking this chance and staying true to who I am. It took a lot of courage and strength to put my heart on the line and risk it all for the chance to have it all. The most important lesson I have learnt is that at the end of the day I am only human. We all are, we all make mistakes, we are born to be real not perfect. It is completely ok to be vulnerable and feel all the emotions that life gives us. The happy, sad, anger, fear, regret, love and loss. It makes us who we are. . Lastly I would like to say a huge thank you to each and every person that has supported me and shown me so much love. It means the world to me❤️ I am hurt but I will heal. I let myself fall and I’m getting back up again. I like to think that some hearts are just too big to break. My Prince Charming is out there somewhere and I still believe in that breathtaking, passionate, fairytale love @thebachelor_sa @mnettv @lottostar_official @jackfriedman1933 #thebachelorsa #mnet #lovelost #mnet #heartsore
