1. Fukushima water release could change human DNA, Greenpeace warns

Environmentalists have warned that contaminated water that could soon be released into the sea from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant could cause harm to human DNA. The water was used to cool the nuclear reactor after an earthquake eight years ago and it contains the radioactive isotope tritium, and the radioactive isotope carbon-14, which is a major contributor to collective human radiation and has the potential to damage human DNA.

2. Introducing Miss South Africa 2020

All hail queen Shudufhadzo Musida. 3. Duduzane Zuma spotted at KZN nightclub

The Dubai-based son of former President Jacob Zuma, Duduzane Zuma, is back in South Africa and he has already started turning heads wherever he goes. He went straight to a popular hangout spot in KwaMashu where a wild commotion ensued - but his bodyguards were able to easily manage it - allowing the patrons to mingle with him.

4. Cat missing for more than two years found 97km away

Jordan Harvey's black cat Ruby went missing from their home in Brogborough, Bedfordshire, back in April 2018. Months and eventually years passed, leading Jordan to think he would never see his five-year-old feline again. All that changed last week when Jordan received a letter from Cats Protection, to say his ‘little girl’ had been found by a security guard in Coventry, who had been feeding her.
