It's that time of the week again to show you some furry faces who are looking for some love and a happy home.

Shelters across KZN are packed with animals just waiting for a second chance at life. They're in those shelters either because they were previously abused, neglected, abandoned or simply lost.

Please remember that rescue dogs and cats are not second grade to breeder dogs and cats, they're just as awesome, most times MORE awesome after their second chance at life! Ask me, I know! My little Bonzo is a rescue ad he's the happiest little guy around!

There will be an adoption fee that is applicable, and strict home checks will be done before you can adopt from these organisations.

1. Shey - Boston Terrier Action Group

Shey was rescued from a dog fighting ring and was in a bad way when rescued by Yulinda Noortman. right now though, he's all ready to find his forever home. Shey is a special needs dog and will have to find someone with a real love for the breed.

Please call Yulinda on 082 260 3401 if you want to adopt Shey.

2. Beth - Puppy SOS KZN

Beth is a 11 week old Lab cross. She was unloved and unwanted. She is a special baby with a lovely nature and very playful with the most stunning eyes.
To offer this girl a loving home contact David, [email protected] or call him 0743390405

3. Boesman - 4 Paws & A Tale Rescue

Boesman is a lively boy who loves adventure and gets along great with all people and other dogs. He is playful and happy go lucky.
He is not doing great in the kennel, we need a home for him as soon as possible. He is available for adoption in the Durban and surrounding areas and down the South coast to Margate

Please contact Nicky on 084 626 5508 or [email protected] for more information.

4. Cat - Toti SPCA

This beautiful young tabby girl has such a loving and affectionate nature. With just the right amount of energy, curiousity and cuddliness she would make anyone proud to be her family. Although she is not a young kitten she is very small in stature and probably will stay that way. Please come and visit her along with all the other cats and dogs we have available for adoption.

Please contact us on [email protected] or phone us on 031 904 2424/5. To be homed in the Durban area only

5. Unnamed dogs - Toti SPCA

These two beauties were found together abandoned in a house. This has not affected their personality at all. These two beautiful girls are both loving, energetic and playful who with a bit of training could be the all-round perfect family pets. They get along with most dogs and don’t seem to be phased with cats. We would love to see them find a home together.

Please contact us on [email protected] or phone us on 031 904 2424/5. To be homed in the Durban area only.
