Madonsela addressed the media at University of KwaZulu-Natal yesterday, following a Women's Month celebration at Durban's Howard College.

She says she is surprised and disappointed by Lucky Montana's reaction.

Madonsela released the first part of the report earlier this week which implicates Montana in wrong-doing.

After the release, Montana publicly said he rejects the findings.

"He wrote to me after I released the provisional report, which he came to read in our office and eventually took a copy. What he wrote to me, he said he was happy with most of the findings. He had one or two things that he wished we had handled differently but he undertook to comply with the findings and remedial action. So, he's changed his tone," she said.

Montana says he will be challenging the findings of the report in court. He was axed as Prasa CEO last month.
