Miley Cyrus is at it again

Miley Cyrus has this way of tagging us along on an emotional roller coaster. 

One day she is the poster girl for the homeless youth (wanted or not) and the next she is provocatively lying atop a pile of stuffed animals in a sexy custom Fendi fur bathing suit on the cover of V Magazine.

Miley is the cover girl for their Rebels issue, which I'm sure you will agree is pretty apt. 

The cozzie was designed by Karl Lagerfeld himself and he also snapped the pic. 

Is there anything you can't do Mr Lagerfeld?
