Manny wants Money fight

American world boxing champion, Floyd Mayweather, has been challenged to a fight by another boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao.

This comes after Mayweather made an announcement that he might not participate in the boxing world for a while.

Pacquiao lashed out at him this morning claiming that he is all talk and no action.

According to Pacquiao, he has challenged Floyd many times but until now Mayweather has not agreed to fight him.

Virtually every boxing fan around the world is waiting for Floyd to take on Pacquiao, unfortunately this still seems unlikely to take place.

This bout has been discussed and dreamed about for a long time, but the two sides have not been able to come to an agreement.

It is nothing short of embarrassing that two of the best boxers of their generation, who compete in similar weight classes, cannot get into a ring to decide who is best.

Mayweather defeated Marcos Maidana in a rematch in Las Vegas last weekend, pushing his record to 47 fights and 47 victories. Mayweather retained his WBC and WBA welterweight titles in the process.

Meanwhile, Mayweather addressed the possibility of facing Pacquiao in 2015 immediately after beating Maidana, and didn’t shoot down the idea of a mega-fight next year.

He later denied he was trying to safeguard his unblemished record by avoiding Pacquiao.

Pacquiao responded by saying that great fighters do not duck facing the best and they certainly don't let any challenge pass them by.

The 35-year-old Filippino has won 56, lost five and drawn two fights.
