Bongani Mtolo strips down for charity
When I read the latest Marie Clare naked issue I was inspired by the way celebrities were willing to bare all for a good cause.
It got me thinking if I would do the same for charity. After one thing led to another, Kay Sibiya from Uzalo dared me on-air to do it. Eish.
I’m pretty much an open book but I’ll admit that I had some reservations; not about giving to charity but about the photos.
Thankfully well-known photographer Val Adamson hooked me up and we did a really great shoot. It was fun and interesting to say the least.
But more than the pics being online, the charity element is what pushed me to do this.
Both me and Kay Sibiya will over the next two weeks visit the SOS Children’s village in Maritzburg and spend the day with the kids and help the overworked stuff from there who spend every day of their lives giving to charity; no nudes or dares required.
