UPDATE: Three killed in Durban building collapse

Three people have been killed in a partial building collapse in the Jacobs area - near the Bluff south of Durban.
It's understood part of a wall collapsed onto a truck in the vicinity of Manchester and Chamberlain roads earlier.
A large group of people have gathered to watch emergency services at the scene.
The front structure of the building has come down on a truck where there were construction workers nearby.

According to KZN EMRS - five workers have been taken to hospital.
It's not known at this stage how many workers are trapped under the rubble. A recovery process is currently underway.
